CS² Consultancy Convening: Mining the Internal Resources of the CS² Network to Create More Effective Drop Out Prevention Programming

CS² Entrepreneurs from various sites volunteered to lead mini-presentations (followed by small group dialogues) with their colleagues in the network, to highlight and share promising practices taking place in CS² communities geared toward drop out prevention. At their small group dialogues, Entrepreneurs discussed common, and sometimes unique, challenges they faced in program design, fund-raising, or community-partnership building efforts. They also shared effective solutions they developed to address their specific community's drop out prevention priorities, the resulting impacts they achieved, and any lingering strategic questions they wanted to pose to their colleagues for feedback.
