Desired Outcomes for the Meeting

• A shared understanding of where we have been this year and where we are now
• A greater awareness of the changes in communication, reporting, and technical assistance so that we remain informed, supported, and connected between meetings/gatherings
• An agreement on how we will use our new technology to further our community of practice
• A deeper understanding about the CS² strategic planning process (what it is for us, what it will look like, the time frame, and our role in the process) so that expectations and involvement are clear
• A brainstormed list of CS² network’s strengths, problems, opportunities and threats
• An evaluation of our meeting
